Welcome to GoDarija, owned by Yassine Benkhay, These Terms of Use ('Terms') govern your access to and use of our Moroccan Darija learning mobile application and related services (collectively, the 'Service'). GoDarija is designed to help you learn and practice Moroccan Darija through interactive lessons, quizzes, flashcards, and audio content. By using our Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
Use of the Service
GoDarija is designed to help you learn Moroccan Darija through various features including native audio recordings, interactive quizzes, flashcards, daily phrases, and dialogue practice. You are responsible for your use of the service. While we strive to provide accurate language content and translations, we cannot guarantee perfect accuracy for all dialectal variations of Darija.
Subscription and Payments
GoDarija may offer subscriptions or in-app purchases for premium features, additional lesson content, or advanced learning materials. Payment will be processed through RevenueCat, and your payment information will be handled in accordance with their privacy policy. Some features may be available for free, while others require a premium subscription.
Content and Educational Materials
All content provided through GoDarija, including but not limited to audio recordings, lesson materials, vocabulary lists, translations, exercises, and cultural notes, is the property of GoDarija or its licensors. This content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. While you may use the content for personal language learning purposes, you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
Audio Content and Recordings
The native audio recordings provided in GoDarija are created by native Moroccan speakers and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, or distribute these recordings outside of their intended use within the app. We strive to provide authentic Darija pronunciations but acknowledge that pronunciations may vary by region within Morocco.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoDarija shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service. This includes but is not limited to any mistakes in translations, pronunciation guidance, or cultural information provided through the app.
Disputes Resolution
If you have any concern or dispute about the Service, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. We value our users' feedback and will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns about our language learning service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service or legal requirements. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the 'Last updated' date. Your continued use of GoDarija after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
