These Terms of Use ('Terms') govern your access to and use of our Moroccan Darija pronunciation feedback mobile application and related services (collectively, the 'Service'). GoDarija Speak is designed to help you master authentic Moroccan Darija pronunciation through AI-powered analysis and feedback. By using our Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
Use of the Service
GoDarija Speak is designed to help you improve your Moroccan Darija pronunciation through voice analysis and AI-powered feedback. You are responsible for your use of the service. While we strive to provide accurate pronunciation feedback and analysis, we cannot guarantee perfect results.
Voice Recording and Analysis
By using GoDarija Speak, you consent to recording your voice for pronunciation analysis. Your voice recordings are processed temporarily to provide feedback and are automatically deleted after 48 hours. You retain all rights to your voice recordings, and we do not claim any ownership over your audio content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to record in your location and that your recordings do not contain inappropriate content.
Subscription and Payments
GoDarija Speak may offer subscriptions or in-app purchases for unlimited pronunciation analysis and feedback. Payment will be processed through RevenueCat, and your payment information will be handled in accordance with their privacy policy.
Educational Purpose and Accuracy
GoDarija Speak is an educational tool designed to assist with pronunciation learning. While our AI provides detailed feedback and analysis, pronunciation improvement requires practice and may vary by individual.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoDarija Speak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service. This includes but is not limited to any mistakes in pronunciation feedback, analysis, and recommendations, or technical issues with voice analysis.
Disputes Resolution
If you have any concern or dispute about the Service, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. We value our users' feedback and will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns about our pronunciation feedback service and improve the learning experience.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service or legal requirements. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the 'Last updated' date. Your continued use of GoDarija Speak after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
